These Terms of Service apply to your use of growthreader.com and to the digital products we offer. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

Growth Reader is an independent digital publishing imprint operated from Pakistan. You can contact us at support@growthreader.com.
2. Who sells our products
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our products. This means you buy the product from Lemon Squeezy, and we provide and license it to you. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and receipts.
3. Our products and your licence
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal use. You may:
- download it and keep copies for your own devices
- print it for your own use
You may not:
- resell, share, upload, or distribute the product or any part of it, including for free
- claim the product as your own work
- use it in another product you sell or give away
4. Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or copy its content on a large scale without our permission.
5. Intellectual property
The text, designs, layouts, graphics and logos on this site and in our products belong to Growth Reader or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of it to you.
6. Educational content only
Our products are for education and information. They are not medical, financial, legal or professional advice. Please read our Disclaimer.
7. Prices and availability
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Taxes are calculated at checkout by Lemon Squeezy. We may change or remove products without notice.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
9. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This does not remove any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
