Buying and downloading
What will I receive when I buy?
Every GrowthReader product is a digital download. After checkout you get a receipt email from Lemon Squeezy with a button to access your files. Each product page lists the exact format, page count and sizes so you know what to expect.
How do I get my files?
Use the button in your receipt email, or sign in to your Lemon Squeezy My Orders page with the email address you purchased with (you will be sent a secure sign-in link). You can re-download your files there any time.
Are these physical products?
No. Everything is delivered digitally and nothing is shipped. Planners and trackers marked "Printable" are designed to be printed at home or at a print shop.
Can I print the planners and trackers?
Yes, for your own personal use. The format line on each product shows the page sizes included (for example US Letter and A4) and whether the file is printable, fillable or both.
What do I need to open the files?
A PDF reader on any modern device. Fillable PDFs work best in a full PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free.
How does payment work?
Checkout is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. You enter your payment details with them, so we never see or store your card information.
I did not get my email, or I lost my files. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Then visit Lemon Squeezy My Orders and sign in with the email you used at checkout. If you are still stuck, contact us with your order number and we will help.
What is your refund policy?
Please see our Refund Policy page for the details. If something is wrong with a file, contact us first and we will do our best to fix it.
Do your products give medical, financial or psychological advice?

Can I share or resell the files?
No. Purchases are licensed for personal use. You are welcome to print your own copies, but please do not share, resell or redistribute the files. See our Digital Products Policy.
