By accessing and purchasing from GrowthReader.com, operated by GrowthReader LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Digital Products
All products available on GrowthReader are digital products (eBooks, guides, or downloadable files).
✅ No physical items are shipped.
2. License & Personal Use Only
When you purchase a product from GrowthReader, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
You may NOT:
- Resell
- Share
- Redistribute
- Republish
- Upload to public platforms
- Or commercially exploit any product or content without written permission.
3. Payment, Access & Delivery
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Upon successful payment:
- You will receive instant access to your digital product.
- A download link is delivered to your registered email address.
- It is your responsibility to:
- Ensure your email address is correct.
- Check spam/junk folders.
- If you do not receive your download within 15 minutes, contact us at support@growthreader.com.
✅ Delivery is considered complete once the download link is successfully provided.
4. Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the instant-access digital nature of our products:
- ✅ All sales are final once the download link has been delivered.
- ✅ We do NOT offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Incompatibility with your device
- ✅ A replacement file will be provided only if:
- The download link is broken
- Or the file is corrupted
All refund or support requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase by emailing support@growthreader.com.
⚠️ Attempting a refund through your bank instead of contacting us may result in account restriction.
5. Intellectual Property & AI Content
All content available on GrowthReader, including AI-assisted content, designs, text, branding, and digital files, is the exclusive intellectual property of GrowthReader LLC and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
Some content may be created using artificial intelligence tools and human editing. All rights to final published materials are fully owned by GrowthReader LLC.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
6. Disclaimer
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We make no guarantees regarding results, income, financial success, health outcomes, or professional performance.
Our content does not replace professional financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- GrowthReader LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
